2. Description of Service
HurryMind is an AI-powered platform that discovers and validates startup ideas by analyzing publicly available data from platforms such as Reddit, Hacker News, Twitter, and Product Hunt. We provide idea scoring, analysis, and daily digest emails to help founders find opportunities.
3. Account Registration
To use HurryMind, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
HurryMind offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HurryMind to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms or data; (c) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from our platform; or (e) interfere with the operation or security of our service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HurryMind — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated analyses, and software — are owned by HurryMind and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our service, but grant us a license to use it for improving our platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HurryMind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any idea analyses, scores, or recommendations. Our AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered business or investment advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HurryMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to our service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of HurryMind after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
